The 24″ racer got its first real ride today, to Portishead and back as part of Bristol’s Biggest Bike Ride.
It was a beautiful day, and though the bike came home a little dusty, and I know I need to work on Miche so that I can get hold of some shorter cranks for this one, it was a good first outing. Whiter Cycles has gone a little quiet since Bespoked – the next stage will be getting funding to produce a small batch of frames – but both bikes will be on show very soon in Clevedon, in the run up to the regional premiere of Bicycle, the crowd-funded documentary story of the UK’s love affair with cycling, which is on Saturday 12th July, Curzon Cinema, Clevedon.
